- Everyone should start posting news from other crypto and non crypto sites (coindesk, cointelegraph, zerohedge, bbc, ft…). From everywhere. At some point the owners of these sites and the journalists will realize that other people earn money from their hard work so they will start posting here. I think the spam fighting tool that you have should be the % of ownership of steems. spam articles should not get up voted by the big steem shareholders.
On the other side I am not very familiar with the numbers here. What is the minimum amount of steems that one should have so he can spam the network and upvoting himself and earn $0.01 for every post he makes? If for example one would need to spend $100 -$200 to buy steems and spam the network to earn $0.01 per post he would need 10,000 - 20,000 posts to recover his investment, so i don't think that this would be something that anyone would do. And if this happens anyway, can't you adjust later on and put the down vote?
