A Venezuelan man has not endured hunger and has decided to placate that empty feeling in the stomach with a stray dog, not those who sell in small "tarantines" on public roads but those who are the best friend of man.
In a shocking video of barely half a minute, an elderly man without a roof was caught tearing the animal apart with a small knife in the middle of an intersection and surrounded by a group of people who looked at him bewildered.
"Hunger," you hear the man who recorded the video that has been viralized on social networks and whose identity is unknown. "You see and you do not believe, huh?
