hello all, first time user. Question about moving STEEM from Poloniex to Steemit?

I just acquired some STEEM a little over 24 hours ago (on Poloniex). My question here is, there a way to move that STEEM over to here directly (Poloniex --> Steemit)? I tried funding my account but the link took me to some other website.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
