Undeserved upvotes are becoming a norm in Steemit.
Downvoting the upvotes is a much needed feature.
If someone has the right to vote a post for financial gains, others should have the right to downvote this behaviour.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
