Why do steem dollar rewards go down after upvote ?

For example one of my blogs is worth 2 $ after a few days its only 1.30$ why ?
It would be great if someone could exlain to me how this works.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
