What happens when blockchain blogging becomes a bad tool?

The blockchain is build to hold it's data forever. But what if this becomes a bad blackmailing tool?

Let's just say that some random hacker get's hold of very incriminating evidence against you, and all this is posted on the blockchain.

How could one still erase the contents of this?

What if hackers publish huge lists of creditcard numbers? Sensitive personal data?

Hacked nude pictures of you, forever publicly exposed on the internet?

What are your toughts on when technology turns against us?
