Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    It's more like I'm amused.

    Have you heard of Steem User Authority? It's a Steem app that computes a score called User Authority for each Steem user. The score is based on networking and engagement. When the algorithm looks at comment chains like this, it is bound to increase my User Authority score. As a result, my 250 SP delegation to @steem-ua that gives me a daily upvote will give me a larger upvote. So, please carry on. :)
