So many sit and wait with their eyes closed for life to arrive, while it rushes on silently by.

And

If everyone truly worked at what they found meaning and purpose in, this world would be a much, much healthier world for everyone.

By the way, I really liked your Balrog analogy.

It is so rare that one can really use a Balrog analogy that I think we should take every opportunity we can.
