Hi Sir @neoxian, I hope I'm not late. Whether I can meet the criteria. Rep 49 with sp 51 and get delegates from community founder 15 sp. I hope to meet the criteria to get your trust. Before hf20 steemit is very fun to do many things. Post, comment and upvote all good articles. Lots of talk in the community. I know a lot about Blockchain, steem and hf20 gossip before and after.
Posts are also scattered about a lot of knowledge that I can learn. After hf20 I really learned how to deal with overflowing frustration. I can't as I like to post. let alone comments and upvotes. My rc always drops to 0%. In every steemconnect application the status that I have not posted is stored because of lack of rc. Finally slowly but surely I don't want to stock up anymore. I might still be lucky, someone would delegate the sp. I am also lucky to get the 10th steem prize from the contest. There was also someone who gave me good luck in my efforts at steemit. I even upvote OCD in a post about book review. I love playing. This is a gift that no one else can get. But, the ideas in my head cannot appear and spread in the form of posts. Rc I only get 100% if I want to wait 3-4 days. Can i just see it? Can I just cry in the corner to see them in steemit? this makes me heavy hearted. Can I get your criteria @ Sir @neoxian? I really hope and hope this isn't too late.

I am only qualified for the 2nd phase of the pump having met all criterias.
I am an active member of the steem blockchain but recently due to the just concluded hf20, I have been having issues engaging on blockchain due to the RC issues. In other to curb and reduce this challenge, I decided to loan some SP from blocktrades with the little steem I had just so I could still stay active on the blockchain. I have also been doing little power ups.
What This Delegation will do for me...
As part of my engaging and promoting the community, I usually try as much as possible to make not less 20 comments a day plus several blog posts. This delegation will help me to engage even more as my proposed number of comments will be increased as a result of your delegation.
Also, nothing excites people on the blockchain more than creating a creative and quality content and getting good upvotes. A lot of encouraement and motivations sets in and they engage even more. But for that last few days,i am not able to activate like those. Rc killing me everyday. I am not happy with using steemit,but trying my best. Am one of the newbies who have been suffering from this RC problems. I can't interact with friends through comments and sometimes finds it difficult to make a post. Most of the times I have to wait till afternoon before I can get an RC that can enable me to make a post.
I really wanted big pump! but my sp doesn't qualify me to, so am humbly going in for the small pump Neo Sir. 50dsp will really make my steemit life a really memorable one. I am only 3 weeks old on Steemit but have been able to reach a rep of (45).

Hey @neoxian, I started a project called #godfatherproject with the same idea.
I started to delegate 50SP for people who are newcomer and having some problems with, and since I didn't have introduced the project I started now with a post (if you want to see the post).
I already started delegating in the beginning of the year, but I stopped. In the last week I started again to delegate since one Brazilian user has troubles with RC too.

I wish you the best of luck with this. I once offered "free votes for sale!" I said I was looking for new followers and said they've have a chance to earn my vote for free simply for producing things I like. There were no guarantees but I did say I will not support anyone who's purchasing votes or cashing out. A few free votes later some were purchasing votes or cashing out. I hope I'm not late to get a chance from you in SP delegation program (The Big Pump).
I am a steemian since Januari 2018. I am also actively looking for opportunities. Previously I had a delegation from @paulag, 75 SP. I can freely pay attention to fellow Redfish who are below me or at my level. But now I have to be wiser to use my curation. That's what makes me more active in making posts that are often in demand like writing and photography. I also sell my SBD to be able to buy steem and do powering up.
If given the opportunity I will try to build togetherness with fellow redfish in order to grow together.
