Steemit lovers : how we gonna make it batter

here i have seen most people are earning on their post for #steemit or #marijuana or something like that . i have seen some other genuine post are earnings some amounts . but i have also seen people are earning nothing with best context . and this is alarming . steem it is in hand of people who can award them but there is no way to appreciate and reward people who wants to post genuine context . that might be not entertaining and adrenaline but useful . if people would not get anything for their blogs this kind of people would run away and that alarming . i don't know how to do it but it has to be done otherwise #steem going to loose their future valuable resources ..
