[Steem Experience] Making it Easier for users to Identify paid out posts.

in steem •  9 years ago  (edited)

Not sure about anyone here, but I have lately been going through posts and figuring out which ones I will curate and upvote...but often find myself saying "I know I already voted on this...or maybe not?"

So when I click on many of them to ensure it receives the vote it deserves, I get an error message saying payouts have already occurred on said posts. I am thinking perhaps we should find a way to easily show users which posts have been paid out and which ones have not--at a glance.

My idea is to color the entire payout with a specific color (in my example it is green to represent the cash that has been put into the creators pockets), but does not necessarily have to be green. This way I would be able to say "oh this has already paid out and no longer matters if I vote or not)

Of course, though perhaps another color or scheme would be better. However I can certainly say it would be helpful to have some way of easily identifying paid out posts without having to click and try voting. Please consider it and give opinions on you thoughts!

Thanks everyone for your time trying to help steemit become huge :)

I think this is a great idea!

finding a way to make it as easy aspossible to compete with bots should be a part of steems goals.
Making it so people do not have to remember on their own (or use a bot themselves) to monitor their votes should be a plan if we want this system to be as "fair" (by which i mean organic and level playing field) as possible. Thanks to all of you who consider this importat as well. :)
