I can see Steem becoming one of the primary coins.

#1 very easy to use, compared to other crypto
#2 we already have a lot of 3th party initiatives.
#3 it's heavenly used, even while the user-base only consists of 30K users.
#4 it can handle those 30K users with ease, in contradiction to other crypto currencies who struggle to keep the network up.

Note: that doesn't mean that we will prices like BTC has seen. But Steem is definitely hear to stay.

Since I fully understood Steem/Steemit, I think so too. So far there are primarily coins and unfortunately only very few useful applications. Steemit is definitely here to stay, that's where I'm with you.

Great insight you got here! I think that the Steem coin does something that isn't done by many other cryptocurrencies (the social media platform) and already has a well-working product as well. These things are what could be the foundation for a great year for Steemit!
