Sometimes we feel crick in the neck which make us our neck more stiff and feel very uncomfort.
Crick in the neck is usually temporary and painless but mostly people feel pain very much in shoulder and chronic neck.

Mostly people having pain in neck when they become the victim of crick and the reason behind the pain is muscles injury in neck.

Neck stiffness
A person feel sound when he move his neck in any direction.
Stiffness feel in shoulder and in the chest upper part.

If the crick problem occur due to muscle injury or stiffness then home treatment is enough as remedy.
Heat Ice Solution
Heat and ice treatment can reduce swelling and increase blood pressure towards neck which help to recover crick injury sooner. Victim of the crick injury treat this method after every 20 minutes and if feel little better then continue this process.
Treatment Through Exercise
Exercises are specially helpful to ease the stiffness of neck through stretching method. Stretching of neck and shoulders for 4 weeks is very effective to sort out this pain.
Yoga exercises, rolling the shoulders up down and back forth.
Head move of right left and up down in position can relief in crick.
If anyone feel more pain by doing these stretching exercises then he done such exercises with low intensity.
All those people who sit long on the table for work then they should take break after every hour and walk in between lunch time.
Medication
Ibuprofen can help to ease the stiffness in the neck which causing pain.
Pillow Use
Person who victim of crick must change his pillow and purchase a firm one which will help to safe from this problem in future.
Alternative Treatment
If a person fail to recover from home remedies then he consult to the doctor who will solve crick problem through acupuncture or physiotherapy.
