After holding the 0.0003 levels for a cople of hours the price went down to the next support where it is traded at now, the 0.00025 support line.

The Bittrex price had a little bit harder downtrend spiking through the 0.00025 suport line, but is now being traded slightly above it, around the 0.00026 levels.

Overall volume about 75% lower then yesterday, $STEEM on 15th place on the volume rankings.
Poloniex volume about 76% lower then yesterday, ~158 BTC.
Bittrex volume about 70% lower then yesterday, ~30 BTC.

The price seems to be retracing for the moment, now being at annother possible bounce opint the 0.00025 level.
Looking at the daily chart i see a possible further retrace to the 0.0002 line from which i would expect another bounce.

I believe we are still in the wave two correction from the November 5 peak.

Head and shoulders target was reached on the correction. We might see the next wave up from around this level. We have horizontal support, as well.

I personally think that the Steem will continue to fall slightly, and then stay stable or even rise again.
But it's almost certain that a coin will fall again after such a pump like we had seen over the weekend, so that's no surprise.

As the proposed changes to the inflation rate and power down period have had an effect recently on the price of STEEM, so will they have an effect on the price of STEEM after their implementation.
After the inflation rate of STEEM is reduced the price of STEEM will tend to have an upward bias.
Three months after the power down change, there will be a downward bias as STEEM is distributed from whales on the open market.
About six months after the change the price of STEEM should find new legs and a new trend. Based on subscriber growth, new applications for STEEM, and more improvements, the new trend, in my opinion, will be a bullish trend.
The future is yet to be seen and is not always what we expect.
I am continuing to power up because I see merit in the STEEM crypto-currency and the SteemIt platform and community.
I tend to invest in what I believe in, but that does not mean I always profit monetarily. There are riches more important than that which you can count.
