Things don't need to be anymore ugly than it already is. If we can allow the exchanges get their funds out, that would be fine. We'd win their trust and support, and then negotiate with Justin towards helping us develop the chain. The way I see it, Ned is the one with the money. He sold those stake. Justin should go after him too.

      My point exactly... this could also lead to some of these prominent exchanges delisting STEEM if we have them wait for 13 weeks. Making an exception for just the exchanges is a good compromise.
