Hello I have a question, if I want to pass the installer of your link to a friend without him having the need to download it, can he still receive the bonus for being referred?

    Yes, that should work. The bot checks for the cookie when the user completes the authentication with SteemConnect. There is no difference where they download the wallet, what is important that the browser where they open the referral link is the same browser where they complete the authentication.
