Today is hardfork day, where steem updates to a new version of software. This means there are some changes that you should be aware of.
The first change is around Voting Mana and how your voting power will be affected with power ups and power downs

There are also changes on the Dust vote threshold. All votes will be reduced by around 1.5SP worth of RShares. The aim of this is to discourage the use of bot farms and you can read more about it here

Its time to change your auto voting habits if you vote in the first 15 min because these votes will no longer count in terms of value. To understand this is greater detail do have a read of this post
the responsibility of how accounts are created will be passed to witnesses. A new account creation token will be available and you can use some of your RShares to acquire these if the witnesses do not leave the parameters as 0. If they do leave it as 0, the steem paid for account creation will be burned and delegation will have to be given so the new accounts can transact.
