Question, @chronoboost bot just asked me for ...

Can you just send 2 steems and you will get an up vote from me $10.00

Questions:

  1. Why is this happening?
  2. @chronoboost isn't someone (or in this case) I know, is it normal to be asked for Steem with a promise of a $10.00 return?
  3. @Chronoboost's Reputation is 56? is that trending down? UP? is 56 high?
  4. Is this actually an opportunity for me?

Thoughts? Answers?
