Looks like the other fake sockpuppets @parse, @matreshka, and @steem-dragon. If this account were actually a real independent person and not some sockpuppet of Justin or some mildly savvy scammer (apparently it's easy to scam Justin, just ask Ned :), they'd already have an account and use it to identify themselves.
