Неделю назад @ned (один из сооснователей steemit) перевёл весь свой стим на биржу @bittrex, с комментарием:
"Перевожу/прячу всю свою криптовалюту"
Как видно, это более чем 1.5 миллиона STEEM, которые могут появиться в биржах-обменниках.
В дополнение к этому сегодня с аккаунта @steemit (владельца основной массы всей Steem Power) начато выведение силы в ликвидные стимы:
(комментарий такой же - "перевод всех STEEM в защищённый кошельки").
Перевод силы в конвертируемый стим занимает 13 недель, так что после истечения этого срока 34 миллиона STEEM может также быть выведено на биржи.
Официальных комментариев от разработчиков, за исключением показанных на скриншотах посланий, не последовало. Что заставило разработчиков назвать официальные кошельки системы ненадёжными/небезопасными и перевести средства из них на биржи?
Нетрудно догадаться, что может произойти с курсом STEEM, если на рынке внезапно появится 35.5 миллионов STEEM.
Отсутствие официальных комментариев беспокоит свидетелей (witness, хз, как по русски нормально назвать) сети и пользователей:

В официальный репозиторий steemit добавлено предложение по созданию хардфорка "Свобода", который исключит активы steemit из блокчейна (никакой поддержки пока ни от кого не получившее):

Вообще лучше хранить на аккаунте. От аккаунта ключ только у вас, а от счета на бирже ключа вообще нет - можно потерять средства, если биржа закроется

Ну так деньги на разработку заканчиваются, сотрудников сократили, теперь нужно остальных кормить.
А может нашлись инвесторы и будет продажа этих токенов кому-то конкретно.
