It looks pretty promising on (white) paper. All good and all, but the thing that I find pretty much discomforting, from my perspective is that this guy, the co-founder of steemit, flee from this project to start a new one that will actually compete, alt least from what I understood initially, with steem. This somehow makes me think twice about investing. I like steem, I belive in steem as a social media platform that has many good people and things to offer.
We need some steadiness, this makes me think about an article that I've read on Futurism, that this ICO market is pretty strange because all the people that missed BTC and ETH are hoping that almost every new ICO will be the next best thing that will eventually make then filthy ritch. Most of this ICOs only have a vision and a whitepaper, that's all they have, meanwhile projects that already have something going on, risk on hitting a wall because of people who withdraw their investments on what actually is for something that could possibly be...
Somehow it seems to me that this ICO feels more like a wild goose chase driven by greed and... I'll refrain.
All I'm trying to say is that if we want a more stable and secure blockchain world taking place sooner, we need to make up our minds about it and on what we actually want, money is just a means, not a purpose!
