How does it work?

1. Send a transfer with the post link as memo to @promobot
2. Promobot will tally up the payment and proportionally auction 100% of a vote among all bidders.
3. Votes are cast when voting power is at 100% (2.4 hours or less).

Can retract any upvote without explanation without any refunds.
