How Can i promote Steem and earn ? Give suggestions

Hello my name is Qasim . I signup on steemit before 3days ago and still not earn a single penny but
there is an old say Patience and Hard Work Always Virture . I am trying you provide good Info here but i
think there is some thing wrong on my Info Give me suggestions which kind of post's go well .
