Any bot interacting with the API could get around this easily

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam

    Just don't allow users (bots) who are directly interacting with the api to flag? :)
