STEEM minable at Genesis Mining through Allocation!

in steem •  7 years ago

Steemians,

I noticed something rather exciting in my daily reconfiguration of my mining hashrate at Genesis Mining. If you currently own a Ethereum mining contract through their service, you can reallocate this production to produce STEEM! You're essentially mining STEEM with some of your allocated hash.

Pretty neat I thought.

The process is simple;

1. Enter your mining account and select Mining Allocation

2. Set the desired allocation amount to STEEM

3. Ensure you set your wallet address in settings

That's well.. pretty much it!

Have any of you been doing this as a way to gather STEEM? What is your experience? I'd love to here from those of you who have been producing the coin this way.

Anyways, keep mining!

Nice blog dear... Watching u

Thank you

wow really?! That is interesting. I thought steem couldn't be mined?

Well, you're not mining it directly to say. You're allocating some of your ETH production to be CONVERTED into STEEM from the hashrate desired. It's kind of like mining ETH but being paid in the equivalent of STEEM.

oh ok I see I was confused. thanks for clearing that up.

thats really 👌 nice post i upvoted and followed you keep posting dude👍 you can check out my blog upvote if u like🙂
