Delegate SP to @randowhale the OG insta-vote bot and receive SBD!steemCreated with Sketch.

in steem •  7 years ago

85% of SBD received by @randowhale will be distributed to delegators!

Please see details below.

Why should I delegate SP to @randowhale?

  • 85% of the SBD earned by your Steem Power goes back to you - no bullshit!
  • @randowhale is the greatest insta-vote bot on the Steem blockchain!
  • @randowhale has a great user base (earning potential)!

How does it work?

  • Use Vessel or any other method to delegate Steem Power from your account to @randowhale.
  • Rewards are processed in rounds lasting approximately 12 hours.
  • Each account that delegates will be included starting in the round following the current round. The first distribution to a new delegator will occur between 12-24hrs (more if maintenance occurs).
  • 85% of the SBD received by @randowhale will be distributed to the delegators based on the amount of Steem Power delegated.
  • If the amount earned is below 0.001, the amount will be added to the next round and distributed once above 0.001.
  • Any increase in delegation will take affect in the following round.
  • Any reduction in delegation will take affect in the current round.
  • If a delegation is completely removed, no future distributions will occur.

Who can delegate SP to @randowhale?

  • Anyone!

Thank you and please comment with any questions!  As always, team @randowhale appreciates your support.

Does randowhale calculate SBD as being worth 1 USD?

Because nobody's going to send SBD at 1 USD and if market adjusted would expect 1:1 SBD:STEEM payment so 50% + 7.5% (57.5) is kept as profit.

@justyy has a great tool for delegation.....

Hey ,
Thanks for the great content

Very interesting. I love it!

I agree @teamsteem this very interesting post

Randowhale !

Is it worth it guys?

Sounds good to me. Definitely going to try this

Amazing thank you. @randowhale

Nice option, keep going Rando!

Hello @randowhale! I think this is good timing as many people have recently sold their SBD to get some fresh Steem, and are looking for a way to get those dollars back up. But can you clearly walk us through how to easily and safely delegate our Steem Power to the Rando?

This would be enormously helpful - as I have delegated to others in the past and had to go hunting the web to try to figure out how to get them precious Steems back.

Thanks, you crazy whale. :)

The easiest way is to use Vessel which is provided by @jesta in the link above. I'd prefer you download directly from his link rather than me providing one.

Once you download that application you can import your account and manage multiple aspects, including delegation right from the desktop app.

@maneki-neko you are correct. we had some bad experiences recently. a bot who mentioned minimum is 1 SBD we sent and it was credited to bot. but later till now no traces of the bot. so afraid of whom can be trusted.

I can only assume by your transaction history you are referring to @buildawhale as that is the only one you sent 1 SBD to in the last month.

The post did, in fact, receive a vote (547% ROI!)

Your last vote as shown in the screenshot was not 1 SBD but only 0.10 SBD and would not receive a vote as it was less than the 1 SBD minimum.

transaction details from my wallet is as below:
3 days ago Transfer 1.000 SBD to buildawhale https://steemit.com/blockchain/@bobinson/applying-blockchain-innovations-to-highly-transnational-network-dependent-services
@bobinson said he has not received it. i checked his wallet but found nothing. you check and give if it is credited.
another thing is @bobinson did below transaction which got voted to me.
3 days ago Transfer 0.100 SBD to lovejuice https://steemit.com/surfing/@nagavolu/world-s-best-surfing
but when i did why was not it? with the same bot?

He does not receive a vote in his wallet, he receives it on his post and he did, in fact, receive it, he got a crazy 541% vote. I can't speak for LoveJuice, but I have a feeling he just didn't wait long enough (2 hours 40 minutes).

  ·  7 years ago (edited)

yes @themarkymark thank you for your guidance. i checked his votes in SteemWorld and found the votes. he got the 0.1 SBD also. 11.9%. form LoveJuice also. i just checked. may be he didn't check in votes. any how he got it. i am happy. i should take back my apprehensions regarding bot. i have been following you. but did not witness vote. just now i am going to do that also. though i joined 5 moths back since i did not have knowledge about witness and the systems i didn't. i had lot of confusions. slowly leaning. i am not a technical person. just know how to do on net.
however. thanks a lot. i request your continues support. you are my witness now. by the way i voted only 8 witness. can you suggest few more good witnesses

:) Thanks.

You can see the witnesses I vote for on the bottom left of:

I am the one who created all this confusion. my apologies. ... I was helping @nagavolu to use bid bots.

I was under the impression that the buildawhale upvote was from my bid which I placed one day prior to @nagavolu's bid ? ( he was testing it) .. Can you cross check that ?

  1. My transaction : https://steemd.com/tx/15cd8c7fc3b2047a549b155b4ef0c306ee003fec

  2. @nagavolu https://steemd.com/tx/686db0844b896a10c90da9b2e60dab09b74e3980

If you already bid on the post, then yes a second bid wouldn't work unless if it was in the same window (2 hours 40 minutes), then they would be combined in a larger bid (2 SBD).

Ok, so in this the upvote was from my bid and not from @nagavolu's right ?

Yes, that's what it looks like. I didn't know there were two bids until you mentioned it.

Let's put out our calculators:
Yesterday, 2017-12-17, @randowhale received 270 SBD.
Current SP is about 500k.
That is a return of 0.54 SBD for every 1k SP
-> 0.46 SBD for the delegator
-> 0.46 mSBD for every SP you would have delegated to @randowhale yesterday.
Or simple, if you delegate to @randowhale, divide the SP by 2000 to get a rough number, what you can expect in return
:)

Oh, thanks for the info.
Is rando the best bot? Or there are better ratea somewhere?

Very helpful, thank you!

amazing offer

Any chance you could give an estimate of what we’d get back per 100 Steem?

Huh?? i thought you shut down shop @randowhale good to see you back.

how to delegation.?

Look for my comment up top, it will show you an easy way with pictures. 😀

congrats to delegators, something to smile about.

Will there be any minimum amount for delegation?

No, but keep in mind:
If the amount earned is below 0.001, the amount will be added to the next round and distributed once above 0.001.

Is there any indication of APR for the delegation as well?

It's all based on supply and demand.

Noted with thanks :)

earn money is easy ?

Extremely fascinating. I adore it!

Great THX for this!

This working really sense, thanks @randowhale

will I get my SP back?

Yes, once you remove the delegation your SP is freed up after 7 days.

Good Read!! :) Thanks

Wow, done! Here's to my first Lambo even if it's a toy one :-)

thanks for sharing some valuable information dear

Thanks,

Thanks @randowhale

It's a very nice post.

some body please explain me what is this ? delegation ?

Its like a company allows you to give them money and at any time you could take the money back... except you can actually take it back at any time and there is no risk of the other party running off with your money. You basically give another person some of your voting power and as long as they have it delegated to them, they can vote with the combined power of what they have and what you have. It is very efficient

Thank you so much for explaining me

wao this is great oportunity @randowhale

Wonderful idea! I'm gonna delegate ASAP

awesome bro !!!!! i really like it.

@randowhale it's great news. i hope happy all steemian.

regards

Your post is Great! I supports this, it will help to move the steemit family forward. You earn my upvote and followership.

100 SP can allow for 0.01-0.02SBD upvote at 100%. At 85% collection that means that someone is expected roughly 0.002SBD per every 100 SP and ever 100 votes bought (rough approximation) assuming it is the total vale their delegation adds and not proportional value. Meaning that if you delegate 10,000 SP and there are 500 votes bought in the 12 hour period then you are looking at a return of ~12SBD every 12 hours meaning it would take a total of 416 days in order to make your value of delegation. I could do a more in depth analysis but I feel that approximations will work.

The only thing that your analysis overlooks is that the 100% upvote can be repeated ten times each day. So following your initial analysis, it would take a total of 41.6 days in order to make your value of delegation.

You missed the part where I said "At 85% collection that means that someone is expected roughly 0.002SBD per every 100 SP and ever 100 votes bought" because randowhale votes closer to 1% than 100% (between 1% and 25%)

I am also taking into account the estimated average number of votes by randowhale in a given day, not the maximum amount of votes produced. Yes if randowhale upvoted ~11 posts a day at 100% then it would take a month to get your money back (less if one of those 11 posts is yours) but he doesn't. Take context into account

Voting power recovers at a fixed rate of 20% per day, and @randowhale sells upvotes at a pre-defined multiple, which means that the SP return would be relatively constant at a multiple of voting power recovered.

Yes if randowhale upvoted ~11 posts a day at 100% then it would take a month to get your money back

Can you please explain how ten full upvotes at 100% (10 * .02 * 1 = 20%) would be different from 100 partial upvotes of 10% each (100 * .02 * .1 = 20%)? Or 500 tiny upvotes at 2% each (500 * .02 * .02 = 20%)? Or maybe @randowhale 'mismanages' his voting by voting too much and targets 90% voting power instead of 100% (555 * .02 * .02 * .9 = 20%)?

Fixed 20% recovery allows you to capture the value of 10 full upvotes each day, no matter how you slice the votes, (as long as you don't let it hit 100% and stop recovering).

Slight correction with how you are doing your math, since each upvote takes away (at 100%) 2% of your remaining vp it would actually be (1-(0.02*VW))n where VW is voting weight (at 100% it would be 1) and n would be the number of votes. Using this we can determine the number of votes at 2% VW to be 576, not 500 and the rate of VP (voting power) returned isn't a flat 20 but rather a more complex function of amount remaining etc hence why you are more likely to see VP at 99.9% than 100% unless you leave it for a really long time. Next, again, RW doesn't necessarily upvote the amount of comments required in order to make your money back. Anyways 10 votes at 100% only drains your VP to 81% and 11 to 80% and I think that there lies behind some of your confusion about the math.

Well if you treat it like a continuous function, then yes of course it would drain away the voting power. My calculations assume over the course of the day. So n could be at 100% and n + 1 would be x seconds later and also at 100%. Or more precisely, using the (555 * .02 * .02 * .9 = 20%), n is at 90%, but n + 1 is 156 seconds later and also at 90%. You could vote give a 2% upvote at 90% voting power every 156 seconds and every upvote would have the same value (and thereby capture the equivalent of a 10 full upvotes every day, because (10 * .02 * 1 = 555 * .02 * .02 * .9).

Now, obviously there would be some random distribution in the actual voting power, as purchase transactions are randomly distributed throughout the day, and sometimes the vote is at higher or lower power. But if the amount voted is correctly adjusted to always deliver a consistent return, then the value paid for an upvote would always be a function of the maximum upvote value. There would be high and low payout days, but over time the distribution would approach uniform and the value captured would be close to the value of 10 full upvotes daily.

Okay I see what you are saying now and would have to agree and assuming that the minimum required of an equivelant of ~10 full (100%) upvotes a day is completed then the ROI would be in around 40 days (41.6 days). Of course this is all prediction and hypothetical assuming that the curation reward is split perfectly proportional to the amount that you wold have gotten had you upvoted the post with the amount delegated. You are correct, I was wrong, well kind of. I was incorrect in that I overlooked something therefore having an incomplete analysis and for that I thank you!

You're welcome. It does assume perfect management and semi-consistent capture of upvote value. In practice I think the ROI would be much slower. I delegated 100 SP at the time we started our conversation and have had one payout that implies a much slower ROI.
I will give it some time and see how it goes, but the ROI I got from delegation to @msp-bidbot the same day was 3x as much.

Congratulations, your post received one of the top 10 most powerful upvotes in the last 12 hours. You received an upvote from @appreciator valued at 93.73 SBD, based on the pending payout at the time the data was extracted.
