I went looking for a place to exchange STEEM, here is little info on why, I have developers that will be getting paid with STEEM so they need to be able to exchange it right?
So in my search I encountered endless sites in which most of them wanted the teeth out of your mouth to exchange anything.
Then I encountered http://steem.link/Ckz6f
But from USD you can only exchange $50, with you credit or debit card.
Though it can't be exchanged from STEEM TO USD!
This why crypto currency is so hard to deal with. You cant pay bills with STEEM or any other crypto currency. Maybe one day that will change.

But those rates are ridiculous - you're better off purchasing BTC / ETH, then transferring to Bittrex to purchase a lot more Steem at a much much better price.

Im looking for the easiest way to get millions of users to buy steem, and the easiest way for developers to cash out steem. I think this is the main problem with all cryptocurrencies. Lets say I have 14 million in Bitcoin, can i buy a house with it? A new car?
Answer is no!
So i am trying to find a practical way for the users of my software to be able to purchase STEEM with their credit or debit cards, and a way for the developers of apps and games to cash out steem into their checking or savings accounts.
But i cant find it. This is the only practical method i found for buying Steem, but cashing out is proving to be a little more difficult.
Unless you can point me in the correct direction?
