Here's the food I've saved from the local grocery stores tonight!

Root vegetable gratin.

Chicken.

HI. Just discovered you, and this post, on SteemFollower. This is a GREAT idea, and you are doing some great work with it. You may want to check out Griff Green and his project with the Universal Sharing Network, as he talks about using the blockchain and Internet Of Things to achieve the kind of waste-mitigation that you aiming for with this trash project.... Keep it up.
