What Is SteemEngine?

SteemEngine is a third party tool created by @steemengineteam that connects with the STEEM blockchain using your private posting key to display your most recent post. The tool used to login with this key is Steemconnect which is considered secure.

Joining SteemEngine:

1. Sign up to SteemEngine at https://www.steemengine.net
2. Link your Steem account through the website.

This is required so you can vote and follow other users. Use your private posting key, we don't need or want your Active Key! Your private posting key can be found on Steemit:
Steemit -> Wallet -> Permissions -> Show Private key (Posting)

3. Click on Vote or Follow - and begin earning points!

The more users you follow the more followers you will get in return.
The more high quality articles you vote for the more SBD you will earn through votes.

How does SteemEngine work?
It's a platform where you get points from curating other members of SteemFollower. The more points you have the more visible you are on the platform.

What functions does SteemEngine have?
"Follow Exchange" - Increases the exposure to potential followers
"Upvote Exchange" - Increases the exposure on the latest post

Is SteemEngine a scam/ spam / a bot?
No, all voting is done manually and only requires your posting key.

How does the referral system work?
You receive 10% extra in points when your referrals upvotes through the platform.

How does the point system work?

      #SteemEngine which is created by @steemengineteam looks like a very useful tool specially for those guys who are new here on steemit and have no followers or friends. These guys are having problem regarding up-votes and comments.

      But using this plate form they can not only generate a good relation with other pro steemians but also they earn some good up-vote .

      Well it's very similar for now but smaller so it's easier to become visible and be on the first page on SteemEngine as of now.

        I have enjoyed starting to use Steemengine and Steemfollower. However, I really wish Steemengine had more filtering options like Steemfollower does. Searching for a specific user would be great, but even being able to add some filters would help. The last few times that I have checked Steemengine, I had a hard time finding legit accounts that I wanted to follow. I know I could just click follow on the first 20 that show up, but I want to actually do some individual research on each account.

        It is a great tool and I hope the Dev team continues to work on it. Cheers.

          Thanks for sharing this post just want to know is steem follower basically the same as steem engine so many features? are added daily which is great but hard to keep up with if you are not constantly on steem it, Mabey should think of education channel(online learning) to educate the rest of the community with all these features listed so that they don't just read(scan) and forget but that everyone can really benefit from this
