As a Navy retiree (Chief), I can understand how this becomes necessary. Our at sea leadership has suffered in the last decade and needs a boost. Actually I'm not afraid to say this, but it seems like our military leadership across the board has taken a hit in the last 10 years (thanks to the PC infection.) There is military readiness!... and then there is political correctness. Good to see a fellow shipmate on Steemit! Go Navy!
