Great news for the all steemit community. We are now making a good progress. The demand of the Steem currency is increasing day by day. Today when I woke up in the evening , I checked the price of steem on the site https://coinmarketcap.com/ I was really happy that both steem and steem dollar have crossed the 2$ mark here. Not all of it. Not to mention that SBD is meant to be pegged to the US dollar and they might remove it and replace it with USD. If you choose 50/50, you will get 50% SBD and 50% USD converted to Steem Power.
