Someone asked my friends mum because she doesn’t eat meat,fish and dairy does she get enough nutrients from meals.
Black bean chilli - black beans, carrots, onion, courgettes, garlic, tomato, celery and red pepper.
Home-made coleslaw - cabbage, carrot onion and Veganaise.
Guacamole - advocados, lime juice, fresh coriander, tomatoes, red onion and red chilli.
Fresh chopped Romaine lettuce.
