okay......so i am kinda new on this site, so i dont exactly know what is being talked about here, can someone explain it to me what declining a payout helps in ??

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
