I felt like the Hive announcement hinted that they addressed this in some way, the governance issue. Maybe it was just the 30 day delay but I felt like it might be more than that.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
