No. Next month is the big Cyprto event - sorry, can't remember the name - There are several funds saying they are going to be jumping into the market after that event so they can get the perspective they need before moving.
The one top analyst I follow, who is very connected, has been talking about May as the turning point for about six months.
Time will tell of course, but I hope he's right.
The big (smart money, it's called) is supposedly starting to make its move and the markets will respond.
