any reason why SBD is not maintaining the Dollar peg?

I see on Polo and Bittrex price is $ 0.83 and still on a downtrend.

      If you see SBD under $1 then you should take that arbitrage opportunity in your favor. Buy SBD on Polo and Bittrex then use it to buy STEEM and sell STEEM for USD.

        I bought some at 0.00130 , then got a shock seeing it dumped even lower .
        I guess many authors who got payouts are dumping without even paying attention to the price.
