It's down because everything is down, down in a deep hole. Some will climb out sooner than others, but if your coin is worth a damn (I think STEEM is) than it will crawl out too.

Platforms like this take a long time and have a lot of ups/downs :)

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
