Here is a comprehensive list of accounts which still exist on the steem blockchain, but cannot be accessed via the steemit.com interface or on steempeak due to GDPR (copyright claims or privacy violations) claims against Steemit Inc. You can find everything in this list, from people complaining that steemit wouldn't let them delete their account... to government secrets.

      Having these posts visible on a website owned by a US registered company is basically illegal because they break data protection laws.
