A single 7 day payout is not a good idea imo

This will not change how people vote because users are incentivized to vote fast due to higher curation rewards. What will happen with a single 7 day payout is that everyone will vote the same way they do now due to curation, so basically you achieve nothing. You just reduce the 30 days extra voting period to 6 days and you delay payouts for a week.

In the current society people want instant gratification, thanks to the blockchain we can pay people in one day instead of the traditional monthly pay check, it would be silly not to take advantage of that. Just my 2 cents on the matter.
