I read your latests post about the ranks. You have defined them as follows:
Plankton < 1 million VESTS
Minnow >= 1 million VESTS
Dolphin >= 10 million VESTS
Orca >= 100 million VESTS
Whale >= 1 billion VESTS
Are these definitions official? Where can I look them up? Who created them?
And how do you distinguish between active and inactive accounts?
If they have voted/posted/transferred within the last 24 hours/week?

Yes, if you go to busy.org and type your name, there is a badge that will show on your page to state which rank you are.
I am not sure how long takes to be listed as inactive, but it must be at least a month, I had some health issues and was away that long and my account never switched over.
