Recently, there have been some issues regarding the distribution of the TRX rewards. As far as I know, the issues have already been solved and we are now just waiting for new funds to come in:

I don't think that anything is lost, but it just wasn't paid out yet (same as it was with previous issues). The change to 50% has been announced in a public post recently.
