STEEM IS VERY CHEAP

The Crypto Currency Market has changed dramatically in the last 9 months and have you ever wondered just how much it has changed?

Last year, on 24th September, I tweeted this tweet:

STEEMIT

Steem

MktCap = $96,505,946

Price = $0.626187

UnderValued

FLOATING STEEM

Today there are 234,603,377 Floating Steem.

CURRENT MARKET CAPITAL

Today the current Market Capital of STEEM is $467,304,121.

With both of the above I would like to set out a number of Calculations that I would like to draw you attention to.

CALCULATION No.1

BITCOIN/STEEM Market Capital $42,492,943,042/$9,581,369,327 = 4.43 x $96,505,946 = $427,999,540/234,603,377 = $1.82. ....however....

CALCULATION No.2

LITCOIN/STEEM Market Capital $2,277,740,380/$181,131,643 = 12.58 x $96,505,946 = $1,213,567,583/234,603,377 = $5.17..!!

CALCULATION No.3

For STEEM to return back to be Ranked No.7 position, and assuming the midpoint between the current No.6 and No.7 the calculation is..... $1,764,405,000+$1,300,857,883 = $3,065,262,883/2 = $1,532,631,442/234,603,377 = $6.53..!!

CONCLUSION

Taking Calculations No.2 and No.3 above STEEM to be grossly undervalued and warrants a true market valuation between $5.17 - $6.53 ..!!

At slightly under $2.00, STEEM is CHEAP, it is very, very, very CHEAP..!!

Thanks for reading

Stephen

AWESOME..!! Thank you. Stephen

Thanks cant agree with your analysis more. I just read the other post saying steemit goes up 200% ? What just 200% that really low compare to something like eth. People talk about supply, think about how many miners ruch in to mine eth nowaday.

"Thanks cant agree with your analysis more.".....Thank you, and thanks for the support, I appreciate it. Stephen

It's always good to back your point with some analysis...after reading your post can't agree more...I think steem is forming a solid base at current level...soon it's gonna be difficult to chase

".....soon it's gonna be difficult to chase."... Nailed it..!! Thank you for your support. Stephen

Welcome

Stream is cheap for the moment being but will go higher on the future as the community grows
And its cheaper due to the fact that you can accumulate it without buying and selling it.
Cheers for the lovely post and much love from me 💖

Nice read, Thanks for the information buddy.

Agree with your analysis, stack that Steem!

Exactly, is very very cheap.

Yes, I agree. It is one of the few in the top 25 (according to market cap) that hasn't returned to the level it was at before the correction 2-3days ago. I'm expecting it to go back to USD 2.35 by end of next week. Giving everyone a nice 15% ROI. However, I would just hold on.

Honestly, I think you're market valuation is off. Steem brings much more community, activity and use then most crypto. It is also a bit easier to understand from a high level. If you just explain it's like Reddit but you're payed people get the basics. For these reasons I see Steem easily being worth $10 a coin. That said either way I'm happy. Good post!

Hi Stephen, yeah, Steemit/Steem has great potential. If we should aim high, Facebooks market cap today is 436 billion USD so if we compare that to Steem we have a potential of 933x Steem today, not too shabby;)

Steem is obviously undervalued. We only have to expect growth !

Interesting article!

@crypticus you need to follow Stephen

i agree and thnx for pointing out the disparity --David

Well, yes the price would go up if the capitalization increases, but there's nothing new to be heard from the devs to push the price up.

I read your posting very well. normally the price decided by the buyer, not others, recently korean bought ETH,BTC,LTC, RIPPLE, the market share is 15% or so, and china 32%, japan -8%, steem is not well known yet, and the investor can not buy it yet due to no place to buy it.
but now the steemit is famous, so there are many people signing it now.
as you know on jun2 02, the price of steem is 1.08, and now 2.10
so, the price will gradually up , maybe the end of year -- $5. or so
next year $10-15.00

I like that you added.
After reading your post can't agree more...I think steem is forming a solid base at current level,

Very objective. Great for someone like me, recently introduced to Cryptocurrencies.
Thanks for sharing it, @stephenkendal

I love calculations..Especially the ones that show us we are doing the right thing at the moment. Steem on!

it's gonna be a wild ride over the next year for sure, i'm excited to see where things pan out! :)

That sounds quite reasonable and I'm sure Steem will continue to climb.

awesome post!

Thank you. I appreciate that. Stephen

I was wondering where I could get this kind of analysis, and I'm glad that I found this. I couldn't get the bigger picture until now. Steem is definitely cheap now and I strongly expect it to start rising in the near future. It's only a matter of time before people catch on to the fact.

*Thanks for breaking it down for me :) *

"Cheap" but dignified.

"Pobre pero honrado" Poor but honest, the slogan for El Hocicón (the daily snout) newspaper from the fictional world of Condorito comic book.
