STEEM continues to move down and the volume is low but picking up slightly.

The MACD and the RSI are still Bearish but are starting to flatten out.
I have the odds at 60-40 that the near term move will be lower.
The entire market is still dripping down. Savage investors are buying their gems cheap during this phase.
