Vitalik Talks About STEEM
Thanks to @clixmoney who posted a short video clip of the creator of Ethereum giving the Steem Blockchain some praise at an Ethereum conference. Thanks to @inertia who posted the link with the whole video from the Etherwaterloo Conference that took place on Nov.8-10 in Waterloo, Canada.
In what I believe was the opening interview for the Ethereum conference, Vitalik Buterin answers questions from the host. As his final question of the interview, he is asked what he envisions in the next ten years for the Ethereum platform. While answering the question, he talks about giving the Ethereum blockchain more functionality. The interviewer chimes in and mentions DAO's which currently Vitalik says he finds boring but the future potential to not be boring. Vitalik then elaborates more on his wishes, and it seems that he appreciates the STEEM(it) Blockchain and more importantly, its community.
Here is the link to whole interview with the creator of Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin on Youtube. At around the 29th minute is when he starts talking about Steem(it). I recommend watching the whole thing, but it is 40 minutes long.

That's simply amazing! I love the fact he not only gives us a shout out, but some praise. I have full faith in our chain and it is the reason i am using it for my real world use program/project i am building. Thanks for sharing this friend!

I know, I feel the same way. Any praise for a blockchain from Vitalik says volumes, so his actually calling out Steemit and the Steem blockchain, it just validates that what we are doing has merit.
