I am not sure whic one to buy because S9 is just $1100 where as L3+ $2100
but the Return fpr L3+ is 45Days while S9 will take 5Months
only thing botthers me that will the Litecoin stay at its current rate of $47 or not

I thing you should buy L3+ because you will get your return only 45 day and after you will make your profit just thing about 45 days you 2100 doller but on s9 5 month after you only collect 1100 doller .

I absolutely belive that the L3+ is the superios machine. Litecoin is going to be big! Get in now before the difficulty increases too much.
