It is often said to change the world, start by changing oneself.
Mind control is a powerful weapon. Do not think that it does not exist. Whether there are CIA operatives who are hypnotizing or drugging people is debatable. However, there is no doubt that constant repetition that we receive from those around us and the media have a major impact. We are taught what to think which, in turn, dictates how we feel.
Fear is the main weapon used against the human race. We are conditioned to believe in scarcity, to think there is not enough. This creates a host of psychological factors that few consider.
This chart really exemplifies the cycle that people find themselves in.
The cycle starts at the top of each circle.
Fear is the weapon used to produce the state that is desired: anxiety.
Who cannot identify with this? We are conditioned to fear a host of things. We constantly live in the fight or flight mode, something that is meant to protect and then dissipate as soon as the danger is passed. In our modern world, this response is unnatural since most of what we encounter does not require it. Instead, we conjure up situations based in fear that raises our level of anxiety causing stress on the body.
Of course, as we travel around the circle, we know that it is close to impossible to make sound decisions in this state. Since life requires it, we do the best we can which usually results in bad outcomes. To complete the circle, this only creates more fear.
And we are off to the races again.
Since it is on the chart, it comes as no surprise the shift starts with gratitude. It is through this mindset that the magic starts to happen.
When we are grateful, we have peace of mind. This helps us to make better decisions which then can lead to positive outcomes. Over time, this will lead to greater abundance in life.
Notice how this is not just an exercise in positive thinking. That will not accomplish much. Gratitude is a lot more than just mental. It is a heart-felt state that affects ones entire being. We all know this state on the negative side because of fear. That is not just a mental exercise either. It consumes our entire being in the moment.
Gratitude has the same power.
It is a magical time. Nine years ago, we witnessed the breaking of something that existed for thousands of years. The fact that money creation was handed to the masses was something unseen in our history. And we are alive to experience it. How amazing is that?
Getting a bit narrower in focus, we are on STEEM in 2018, involved in cryptocurrencies. This is a blockchain that can do what only a couple others in the world can do at this time from a technical perspective. We are part of the first 1M accounts on here. In other words, both on STEEM and with cryptocurrency, we are early adopters.
Are you grateful to know that? Does that gratitude consume you? Do you see the life-changing opportunity that is before you?
If so, then you are understanding the Age of Abundance.
I cannot tell you the number of conversations I had with people who complained there is not enough to go around on here. That the STEEM is all in the hands of a few. That leaves nothing for anyone else.
This is scarcity thinking at its finest.
Do you know the reality of the situation?
To start, there are over 740K STEEM tokens going to be issued in the next 6 days. This amount, roughly, will remain constant until the next change in the inflation rate. There are going to be STEEM tokens issues over the next 20 years. In addition, there is no hard cap on SBDs that are issued. This only serves to increase the amount of SP one can ultimately get, especially with SBD above $1.
Secondly, if you still feel that is not enough, over the next few years, there will be billions of tokens distributed. Do not believe there is enough STEEM for everyone? Okay, how about some D.Tube tokens? Appics? Hunt tokens? Dporn? Probably zappl? Most likely SteemMonster tokens?
Still not enough? Manna distributes tokens each week once someone is verified. Basically, there is nothing to do but collect them. Kik is bringing out a token at some point which will be tied to their instant messenger. The BAT is going to be tied to the Brave browser.
The point is there are going to be thousands of utility tokens issued relating to all different kinds of projects. Many will end up as nothing more than failed experiments. Nevertheless, a fair number will succeed.
We now have a monetary system based upon abundance. This is something the human race has never seen. We are alive in a time period where we are afforded such an opportunity.
Great things are going to happen on the STEEM blockchain and in the cryptocurrency world, in general. Can you see it is the question?
We are truly entering the Age of Abundance. The monetary system is just the first step.

Such a great post,we should be grateful always,we are never satiable,we always complain of what we don't have.we should even be grateful for life.I wrote a post about being grateful sometime ago and before then I kept on complaining that the robbers stole phone, wallet and all that was in my bag but later I got to think of it,I wasn't injured at all, what if I died in the process, since then I stopped complaining and started thanking God for sparing me.Thanks for sharing.

Beyond that too. Once the inflation rate drops to 0.95%, it will stay there. Not sure of the exact number, but in year 21 something like 6-7 million Steem tokens will be created.

Ah yes...that makes sense. So we will see 600M tokens creating with a declining inflation rate but then it continues at about 1% a year ongoing.

Hey @ Taskmaster4450
I really enjoyed this post. The cycles are fascinating and got me thinking about an observation I made when I left the UK to travel a little while back.
When we started out we had no broadcast TV for the first time ever in our lives! Even that statement is frightening enough. We had to make do with exchanging dvds and blu rays with the expat community that we were meeting. This got us out of one of the loops you are discussing.
I realised that my friends and family back home were scheduling their lives around the broadcast TV schedule. They were hooked on watching the news at a certain time or staying in because a certain program was on. The BBC being a particular culprit but not the only one.
This religious style participation is allowing all of the BS narrative and social programming to be drip fed into their daily lives. I was also caught up in this and I was only able to see it once we were free of its constraints.
I have only been involved in steemit since march but It has changed my life for the better and I totally believe that Steem and cryptocurrency is going to bring us in to a new era of abundance.
Thank you so much for posting and re-engaging my awareness chip!

Great information and I am grateful for the abundance I see all around me and this made me create a post this morning which I explained the things am grateful for in this month of May.
A good news but how is the distribution done, is it a percentage of our payout from post or a random payout to those who post or depending on the amount your post gets? I need some clarification if you have to clearify me on it

No question, there’s going to be a ton of opportunities to make $ off of tokens in the near future. It all depends on which tokens you choose to go get!

I think Anxiety is the word that describes the developed countries of the world, people get so focused on making money that they forget to have some fun. And the worst part is, when they find someone who doesn't care about the money and only wants fun and more fun (adrenaline), they lose their cool and start criticize those people.
Our mindset is wrong, and I think your graphs in the first photo are the perfect representation of what´s wrong, and the perfect solution to change that. (Let's wait for crypto to help changing that)

Soon we earn half a dozen tokens each day. Up to three per post if I understand SMTs right.

Yes I believe the option is up to three per post just like we are getting now with SBD, STEEM and SP (although SP technically isnt a token). Once SMTs are released, one token is STEEM with the possibility of two others. I do not know if that will be user selected or the creator of the SMT who decides.

Great post!
I was paying close attention to where you spoke about being an early adopter of being on Steem.
Is the beneficial thing that we are able to get Steem Power/ SBD or Steem tokens before the demand for the currency increases?
I would really appreciate some expansion and clarity on this topic if you have the time!
Thanks :)

When you think about the potential of each STEEM token, that ought to excite each of us no matter how much of it one has. Consistency over time really adds up.
I found that is the key watching people on here.

I agree. I'm very interested in these themes. I found that the majority of the small accounts users have a limited perspective of what steemit is but I'm expanding my mindset to think beyond posts and whale hunting

It truly is the age of abundance! And gratitude holds a lot of power in shifting us into this mindset, it really gets us to appreciate all we have....and as such we notice more and receive more.
Thank you for sharing this. We need to all get on board with this.

Spot on @taskmaster4450
I am grateful for reading this post and aim at always remembering to look for what's positive and think in possibilities. Not always easy because there are times when you get dragged into lots of s*** and before you know, you're spiraling downward in the anxiety circle. Especially at those moments it is important to count your blessings.

@easywriter So very true. It is not easy. The entire system is erected to keep us in the continual state of anxiety. Everywhere we turn, there is fear presented to us. When we tap into the things to be grateful for and build upon that, we can get into the state of peace.
