If we fork away Steemit's stake what's next? Slippery slope!

Witnesses are voted according to the publically known rules and witnesses decide which decisions to take according to the vote they receive and what they perceive as the right thing to do.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
