Celebrating 50 Apps on SteemApps.com

Today, the 50th App has been submitted to SteemApps.com!

This is a huge & important milestone and it's amazing to see how big the ecosystem of Steem actually is.

Especially, since all of these Apps & their data, are also displayed on other platform wide dApp sites (stateofthedapps.com, dapp.com & dapponline.io), which showcase how powerful the Apps on Steem are in comparison to other blockchains.

50+ Apps on Steem. Crazy!

Now, there are probably still a few apps missing, but they can be added via the submit form: https://steemapps.com/apps/submit/new

While not everything might work out for Steem currently - one thing is for sure:

The community is building ALL YEAR long!

We've already been through a year-long bear-market, but the Steem ecosystem has never been so strong.

So with this post, I want to celebrate this milestone and also show my gratitude for each and every developer, community leader & entrepreneur on Steem.

You could add SteemPlus and Keychain by fetching the number of users from the Chrome Store, I ve got code for that if you want.
EDIT : self voting for visibility
EDIT 2 : Wow, SteemPlus would actually be second right after Steemit in terms of userbase =p

I thought about the proposal again. The users from the chrome store, are those users in general, who have the extension installed, or active users? Because Steemit, of course, has way more users than currently displayed, as not all data can be fetched and there are also a lot of passive users.

The count corresponds to users that have the extensions installed AND are using the browser with the extension enabled (extension active, shows on the top right corner) during the current week.

Go For 100. Thank you so much for sharing this update and in my opinion in a way it's an celebration time for Steem Ecosystem and excluding the price aspect, in my opinion we are experiencing effective shift of Steem Blockchain. Stay blessed and keep up. 🙂

Have you thought about custom measurement computation? In case of the RemindMe bot, it does not show a users count properly. It might requires additional logic to be implemented to show it the right way. On the other had it will be solution per app.
