EDIT:
Something else is happening here!
Those users are abusing @booster by sending SBD to it, it gets refunded but frontrunner guild worth 50$ still gets triggered
attention: sarcasm
Step 1: Don't use yabappmatt's bottracker. And if you do - never take a look at the current votes.
Step 2: Always send your votes at the beginning of a new bid-round.
Step 3: ...
Step 4: Lose Money
Step 5: Repeat
Good Job @sumyaia and @muddasiral. You just lost a ton of money. Spend over 140 SBD and will receive less than 20 SBD.
Alright, but to be honest. When I first saw it - I couldn't believe my eyes. How could someone be so irresponsible with money? 150 SBD - that is over 1300 USD. And in total for both users over 2400 USD each.
What are your thoughts about what happened here?
Edit:
After thinking a bit more about this, it might be that those users didn't understand the difference between bid-bots and upvote bots and thought that by sending 150 SBD that they would get a value equal to that amount with profit.. Well - it backfired.. Greed is dangerous!
Here's more bidbot idiocy today....
nearly makes you weep....
The first bid alone well exceeded the total $ vote value.
Well maybe not idiocy, more like fraud, did someone suggest below that this is being intentionally orchestrated by people associated with some of these bots?

yes - but this is actually just a bug from booster because they aren't providing a bid-api like smartsteem. So bottracker has to fetch the bids from the history. And with it they are still tracking the refunded posts.

I just found this part of steemit a couple of days ago and I've been doing good with it (I think). But that booster one is a big loss time after time and I do not plan to use it.

That is strange. I saw one account arnobtogor25 who is sending every few hours 170 SBD to booster.
That account is only showing pictures, which are copied from other sides and no relevant information.
His wallet is an interesting read. It seems that there are a few people playing this gamy by sening this funds up and forward to each other for doing exactly this bits.

@detlev
Yes, they are profiting from boosters frontrunner guild which seems to be running even though the bid was refunded.

If it is true to me has happened to use the bot and there are people who send a lot of SBD and falls into lost and be aware that bot does not exceed the offer and be responsible because it is your money

Lol, before I could always just catch these crazy bids by manually check Steemed. Good to have it all recorded in its entire glory by the bottracker!

I don't really understand the mindset of some people, who have all the information clearly available to them - the bot tracker is widely spread now and should be a bible for posters on here. It's become a real pain for me now because I have to hold out right until the last few minutes of a bid bot ending voting just to make sure some misguided fool doesn't post a bid that puts the total bid well over the Bid Bot's total upvote so nobody gets anything out of it. In fact some times I am waiting for round two or three on a bot just so I can get a decent return on my money out of it. To be honest (and I know this could be seen as backslapping - but it is deserved) the best value out right now is to send $4 SBD to @smartmarket - just did that for a post and got a $11.57 upvote. No worries, no hassle. That and @smartsteem website are by far the top players for REAL content creators on Steemit - hopefully in future Steemit will find a way to stamp out the spam posters trying to make a quick buck by moving funds between multiple accounts and finding the tiniest flaws to profit from.
