I liked the post of @meno , he seems positive about palcoin and as well I do. I think palnet are building something really huge. Knowing that we have that, we are not afraid of the hard fork 21 anymore. Let them change it as they want. No worries! You did include the link, but it was from the Partiko app, which can be a pain because at the moment, there's no easy way to switch between Steemit & Partiko
So (for example) when I find a post in the PHC server that I want to support, and it's a Partiko link, I can't upvote or comment since I don't have the app. I have to go to the person's Steemit profile page and scan their feed until I find the same post.
If they ever figure out an easy way to switch out, I might end up giving Partiko a go....
